Hi from this first day here I will say it was an adjustment period but after a couple days I got settled the nurses the staff is very kind and professional. The activities staff is great always tried to get me down thank you to Kayla for being so welcoming and getting me out the room for activities and I enjoyed Melissa the ot therapist was helpful, Carina was very nice from the rehab department, Megan the cna was always helpful, mercy is very pleasant, Dakota was very helpful throughout my stay here and Marjorie for always helping when needed. Thank you to city view for my experience here.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Ms.Kayla Sezto’s excellent work. She did a wonderful job coordinating my mother’s haircut at the facility and took the extra initiative to handle her meal change request. Most staff are very nice, friendly and supportive. The place is very family oriented and warm. The facility is old and small. Parking is very difficult on street. Nurses and CNAs are often short staffed. I am very impressed with the center supply staff Yoe and Josh. They are very responsive and supportive for all patients needs!!!

Cityview is excellent in service

Rowena at the front desk greets me everyday with a positive attitude and that helps me. I like that she is my first contact to the facility. Amabell, a new CNA is very kind and thorough with the care she provides. Anna, the physical therapist and Eileen, the occupational therapist are a great team. They are professional and between them, they coordinate care with patient safety always in mind!

The service at City View is excellent; I’d like to thank Marta for being so kind.

Marta was an amazing help to me she I really appreciate her always ask for Marta if you want a good day.
